United States customers:
When shipping products to you, we use Priority Mail, from the United States Postal Service. All products are shipped within 1 business day of your order, and will reach you within 2-3 business days of shipment. If you have any questions about a package we have shipped to you, please email us at lizgcullen@yahoo.com, so that we can track your package.
Canadian and Mexican customers:
When shipping products to you, we use USPS First Class Mail International. Shipping takes between 5-15 business days. All products are shipped within 1 business day of your order.
International customers:
When shipping products to you, we use USPS First Class Mail International. All products are shipped within 1 business day of your order. Shipping takes between 10-20 business days, depending upon where you live. You will be charged the USPS rate for your shipment.
How do I return a product to The Pumpkin Patch?
If you need to return a package to us, please email us at lizgcullen@yahoo.com, and we will email you a pre-paid return label. Simply tape this label to the box, and drop it in the mail! We'll refund your credit card for the returned products as soon as we receive them. You can return your products for free from anywhere in the United States.
What products are eligible to be returned to the Pumpkin Patch?
Any product purchased from kidspumpkinpatch.com may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a complete refund, provided that the returned products are in the same condition you received them in and that they are returned with their original packaging.
